 简介

运动控制是指控制物理移位,运动,机械组装定位的功能,由断续工作电机所驱动。

典型应用包括机器人技术,CNC(电脑数控)加工,RC天线及碟型天线的伺服系统、航海自动定位系统、打印机与复印机取纸器,及其他由电机控制的机械组装定位的场合。

设计挑战

多种电机可用于运动控制,包括无刷直流电机,有刷永磁直流机,直线电机和步进电机。系统设计人员不仅要针对机械完成的任务选择正确的电机,而且要根据系统机械与电子时间变量响应选择相应控制环路。控制环路的接通一般由驱动电子电路来完成,由于不同类型的电机对驱动电路有各自独特的要求,因此电路设计涉及大量可变因素。而容易产生EMI、RFI和严重破坏性电源瞬变的感应式电机,对于驱动电路的要求则更为复杂。驱动电路的设计必须防止EMI和RFI,同时能够经受瞬时的过压和过流。
