飞思卡尔半导体拥有20多年开发先进电源管理集成电路的丰富经验。在线性电压调节领域,飞思卡尔开发出一系列将多种常用功能组合一起的产品,他们典型用于汽车级MCU系统。这些器件称为系统基础芯片(SBC)。它们均采用飞思卡尔SMARTMOS技术。 这类器件含有低压差(LDO)稳压器、开关式电压调节器、高边开关,并且全部配有物理层收发器(CAN、LIN、PSI5)。SBC器件由MCU通过SPI接口进行控制。它们还具有待机、睡眠和停止等各种节电模式,以及唤醒、看门狗定时器等功能。 |
