The new, low-power Kinetis family members feature a 250µA/MHz run mode with a maximum frequency of 72 MHz and a variety of low power modes. The devices range from 64 KB to 256 KB of flash memory with up to 32 KB of innovative FlexMemory (with hyperlink), with up to 64 KB SRAM. Package options begin at 64 LQFP and extend to 104 MAPBGA. The integrated analog measurement engine includes two independent 16-bit ADCs that provide up to 1 MSPS in 12-bit mode and up to 14.5 ENOB for 16-bit differential input conversions. Each ADC has a programmable gain amplifier (up to 64x) allowing high-precision measurement of wide input signal dynamic range. These devices also can include two general purpose OPAMPs, a TRIAMP, up to three high-speed analog comparators, 12-bit DAC and internal voltage reference module.
