Freescale's latest DDR power supplies and DC to DC converters webcast

Abstract:
This web cast seminar will talk about the latest addition of power management devices from Freescale™, the MC34712/6 series for DDR memories and generic DC-DC converters. The MC34712 or MC34716 series is a highly integrated, efficient and compact range of devices that can be used for DDR supplies or generic DC-DC conversions.

This seminar will start by covering the basic fundamentals of DDR memories in terms of their electrical characteristics and data rates, and then follow by the requirements of the DDR standards. We will then introduce Freescale devices, outlining the benefits and features of 4 particular ICs. The session will conclude by giving examples on the use and applicability of these devices.
